Family Sync is designed to solve the annoying problem of sharing one phone or splitting headphones during a tour. When you purchase the Family Sync pass, you receive a secure link or code. Up to four family members or friends can use this on their own smartphones. Once synced, everyone hears the same Live Tour audio narrations simultaneously through their own personal headphones. It delivers a cohesive group experience without the need for expensive radio headsets.

We've optimized UrGuidr specifically for travelers. Our AI narrations are delivered as highly compressed audio files, meaning you use very little data—much less than streaming music or video. For Scan mode, we only send lightweight, optimized versions of your photos to our servers. While you do need an active data connection (like a roaming plan, travel eSIM, or local Wi-Fi) to generate guides on the fly, you won't have to worry about excessive roaming charges.
